Make Thursday a Stephenson day
Bring your young ones down to the museum on Thursday of February half-term where they can explore our wonderful collection of vintage trains and get involved in craft activities.
The Stephenson Steam Railway Shape Quest
Can you find circles, triangles and squares in the museum? Pick up an activity bag to begin your shape quest, then make your own collage picture.

Make your ‘Ways to Play’ adventure a great value day out by travelling to our venues by the Metro and / or Ferry. Up to three children aged 11 and under can travel for free on the Metro and the Shields Ferry with a fare-paying adult.
