Plan your visit

Welcome

We want to make your visit as safe and enjoyable as possible so, there are some safety measures that we will be continuing to recommend.

We will continue to monitor visitor numbers to ensure the museum doesn’t get too crowded. By pre-booking your timeslot for your train ride on Sundays (and Thursdays during the school holidays), you can guarantee your timeslot and really help us with monitoring numbers.

You do not need a ticket to visit the museum on Saturdays when there are no train rides.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to train departure, please visit Ticketsource for train running times

Our staff and volunteers are on hand to help and answer any questions.
